Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags. For hygiene reasons, soaps, tea and jewellery worn in the ears can't be returned unless damaged.

Damaged or wrong item

Please share an unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the return. COD orders are refunded by UPI/bank transfer.

Handmade items vary slightly in colour, size and finish — this is part of their character and not a defect.
